As a participant of the Rock The Crossroads 5K, you will receive: IPICO chip timing, cotton shirt, top overall, masters, and 5 year age group awards, 2 aid stations, large mile markers, a great post-race concert.

PACKET PICKUP & RACE EXPO
Packet pickup will be at the Garry Gribble’s Running Sports in the Ward Parkway Mall on Friday, July 8 – 2:00pm - 7:00pm.
You can also pick up your packet on the day of the event at Crossroads KC at Grinders at 417 E. 18th Street from 6:00pm - 7:15pm.
AGE GROUP AWARDS
Unique Rock and Roll themed prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in the following age categories:
- 14+ under
- 15 – 19
- 20 – 24
- 25 – 29
- 30 – 34
- 35 – 39
- 40 – 44
- 45 – 49
- 50 – 54
- 55 – 59
- 60 – 64
- 65 – 69
- 70 – 74
- 75+
Awards not picked up at the event will be available at Garry Gribble’s Running Sports in the Ward Parkway Shopping Center beginning on July 11.
